Bendigo Easter Fair Society

The Bendigo Easter Fair Society is the governing custodian of the Bendigo Easter Festival, and consists of a committee of members who volunteer their time and expertise to assist Bendigo Council in an advisory capacity with the Festival.

The Bendigo Easter Fair commenced in 1871 but it was not until 1926 that the BENDIGO EASTER FAIR SOCIETY was constituted.

With the Mayor of Bendigo as Chairman – It was an initially an 18 member committee.

The 2026 Festival marks 100 Years of the Society and its contribution to this great Festival, it also marks the enormous contribution of the many thousands of volunteers who have been a part of both the Society and the festival in general  these 100 years.

The Current Committee consists of:
